The two grapplers sped from their corners like a pair of runaway locomotives. Just before there was a head-on collision, Beth stepped to the side and drove a knee into the stomach of the on-rushing Latina; the impact drove Melina to her knees. The Glamazon pressed her advantage as she grabbed the A-List Diva by her wrist, yanked her to her feet and straight into a tremendous short-armed clothesline that drove Melina back to the canvas while Trish and Lisa shouted out their support to their former co-worker.

Beth continued her assault as she yanked the Latina up, grabbed her around the waist and jerked her into the air before driving her into the canvas with a stiff gut-wrench suplex. The dazed Melina had no breather as the Glamazon yanked her off the mat and whipped her into the near corner. Beth moved in and slammed a vicious kneelift into the stomach of her opponent. A second kneelift followed that left Melina gasping for breath.

The blonde continued to demonstrate her superior strength as she lowered her shoulder and drove it into Melina?s stomach. A second shoulderblock left the A-List Diva breathless and easy prey for a thunderous European uppercut that had the Latina seeing stars. Beth then lifted Melina onto her shoulder, spun around, ran forward and drove the sexy brunette into the canvas with a massive running powerslam that shook the entire ring. The Glamazon lackadaisically covered her opponent and waited for the referee to count.

Melina kicked out of the pin attempt and shook her head, trying to clear her head while Beth argued with the official over what she perceived to be a slow count.

The two beauties locked up, but the veteran MMA fighter used her experience to get behind Melissa. Erin locked her hands around Mel?s waist, picking the ?Buff Doll? up, and slamming her down to the ground. Erin floated around and applied a front face lock, before lifting Melissa up slightly, and kneeing her hard in the skull.

Mel stood up, holding her face, only for Erin to knock her back over with a clothesline. Erin got in a striker?s stance, waiting for Melissa to get up, and shot out a thrust kick, doubling over the blonde beauty. Erin grabbed Melissa?s head, and launched a devastating knee into Melissa?s face, sending Melissa to the canvas. Erin quickly jumped on top for a cover.

Melissa got a shoulder up, but using her submission arsenal, Erin floated over and locked on an armbar. Melissa screamed in pain, thrashing around the ring, as Steel grinded in the hold. Melissa continued thrashing, but managed to get her leg on the ropes, forcing a break.

JENNY: Melissa?s had a rough time so far. Erin?s grabbling and striking skill have gotten the best of her so far.
LISA: It?s been impressive, but this match is far from over.

Melissa got to her feet, as Erin rushed in. She blasted Melissa with an elbow shot to the head and then whipped Melissa into the turnbuckles. Erin rushed in and clotheslined Melissa in the corner. Melissa barely held on to the ropes, as Erin got into a strikers stance, blasting her with lefts and rights. Melissa started to slump down, but yelled out at the ref.

MELISSA: REF! Fists are illegal!

Annie bolted from her corner and slammed into Lisa with a wicked forearm smash that backed the surprised grappler into the corner. A vicious martial arts flurry followed which left Lisa slumped in the corner. Annie pulled her opponent from the corner, scooped her into her arms and bodyslammed Lisa to the canvas with authority.

TERA: A fast start for Annie.
CHRISTINE: I think this will be a successful title defense, if she can keep Diana?s crew out of the picture.
TERA: Easier said than done.

The Filipino beauty raced toward the ropes but as she bounced off, Thuy reached underneath the bottom rope, grabbed Annie?s leg and sent the champion crashing to the canvas. Lisa scrambled across the mat and was on Annie like a shot, wrapping her hands around the champion?s throat as she began to strangle the Scorpion. At four, the Korean/Japanese beauty released her choke hold only to re-apply it while slamming Annie?s head into the mat.

Suddenly, Lisa jumped to her feet and sent a vicious kick into Annie?s ribs; the move causing the champion to curl into a fetal ball in an effort to prevent a repeat of the maneuver. Instead, Lisa slammed a kick into the Scorpion?s spine which sent her rolling over to the ropes. As the official tried to restrain a livid Lisa, Thuy reached into the ring and pulled the champion halfway out so that her head and neck were exposed.

While Lisa continued to distract the referee, Thuy dug her nails into the eyes of the champion while Diana pulled Annie?s top to the side to expose her right breast before she sank her teeth into the Filipino?s tender flesh. The Scorpion?s screams filled the air as she tried to fend off the double team.
