apparently, i'm in the dark, i'm going to leave myself wide open on this one for ridicule, but the way i read it, and what i thought it meant, was just a reference to redneck country hillbillies that can't pronounce the word "idea"

if i am wrong, or if there is some underlying joke that i'm missing....so be it
