I stopped at a gas and snack food joimt on the way home yesterday and I pulled up and there was a woman in her twenties standing by a Suburban taking a picture of a teenage girl holding up a pack of cigarettes.
It was one of those store stings where they send underage people in to try and buy cig sand beer.
When I went in the gal behind the counter was pretty shook up about it.Shell probably loose her job and/or be fined heavily.
Ive been in the store enough times to kind of know this woman,though not personally. I can guess pretty accuratly that she is probably asingle mom about thirty,that drives an old piece o shit car.Sometimes she brings in her ten yearold daughter to work with her.Shes real nice yet poor as could be.The store was real busy with lots of cars pumping gas and customers lined up inside when she sold to the underage girl,and she was the only one working there.
I dont condone selling to underage kids but...

i can understand your compassion towards the
store clerk in what may be quite a blow to her
life situation... especially at xmas.
however, she should have known better.
what i find terribly disgusting is the whole
camera action. why is this person taking a picture?
does there have to be visual evidence of the sale???
