Depends if your incognito is the decades-old practice of wearing sunglasses and wrapping a scarf around your neck and over your hair.
And for some reason people who do that actually believe they are incognito.. sheesh!

the other day i was in the mall and i saw this
group of er... people. i'd call them kids but
i really think they were in their early 20s.
anyways... there was only 3 of them and one
of the guys was wearing this floor-length, moss
green cape. while that is funny in itself...
what was additionally humorous was the fact that
he was walking REEEEEAALLY slow and sleath like.
as if he tried hard enough... he could be taken
seriously like some sort of invisible spy.
god i wish i had it on video...
