When I was young, I used to love doritos, but now.. chips are just bleh. Unless they're plain old tortilla chips with decent salsa. Then they're ok.

sunchips have an edge... they toss around
the 'health' chip loosely and i think it
really sells. the problem is... while they
are relatively easier to eat (over, say,
doritos)... i don't really think they are
all that more healthy than any other chip
on the market.
this big whole grain hype going on right
now is really lame and i'm tired of seeing
it. i think its funny how whole grains
have had a dramatic influx on the market
while sharing the limelight with the adkins
diet. meh... adkins.... don't get me started.
but at any rate, i can tolerate sunchips...
at least the plain variety. i guess....

One can easily compare the nutritional information on the back of Sun Chips to that found on the back of regular potato chips.
Is it lower in fat and calories? Yes.
Is it the equivalent to eating an apple slice? No.
