Whelp, the movie came in the mail today and copies just dandy to DVD-R. It looks much better than that 'tiny' 410mb WMV download floating around the Net. Very beautiful, though can't say I don't have my own complaints about the movie.
Though to be honest, my complaints center around the 'story' (or lack thereof) and restriction of true 'movement' in the characters. The fact the Princess' only line of dialogue takes place in the first couple minutes didn't help either.
BUT, that has nothing to do with the fact 'PHCOA' is a unique experiment in CGI porn. Visually, have never seen anything quite like it. It's quite stunning to look at.
Sadly, found the audio track rather wanting. Minimal sound-effects, basically no dialogue except for the Princess moaning throughout, and (despite others apparently enjoying it) thought the music was repetitive and dull; exactly what I've come to expect from porn. As an experiment, just for myself, will try playing with changing the soundtrack. Probably make a mix-tape to overdub the whole movie with... I'll give you unedited copies with original audio.
Anyways, to make back some of the nearly $30 this movie cost (I agree wholeheartedly with Steve_H of jabcomics.com on this point. PHCOA is definitely NOT worth the overinflated list-price) shall make a few DVD-R dubs for $6 ppd. That will include a lable scanned from the movie cover and a slimline jewelcase, so I'm barely making anything offa this. More for the fun of diddling with movie-trading again.
