over this missing girl.

perhaps i'm cynical... perhaps i'm a stupid
asshole... but cmon... she was a 14 year
old girl with piercings in her tongue and
belly...

maybe i'm a bit skeptical about calling this
an 'abduction'... in fact, i honestly feel
that unless her dead body shows up and foul
play is called, i am willing to bank she
just decided to be a renegade and walk away
from whatever parental hell-hole she felt
she lived in.

The piercings I don't think mean anything other than she's into fads that will one day lead her to being toothless trailer trash with an expanded extra hole in her belly when she's on her 7th kid in 4 years.

And I don't think she's missing either. I just think people stopped looking cause Smallville's on more than once a week now.

i guess i only posted about her because it seems
as if so many people were promoting her to some
weird status. i'm not trying to seem overly
crude or heartless about it, i do hope she is
ok and will turn up without harm.

i just also happen to think that 14 is a bit old
and, quite honestly, i think she would be old
enough to know right from wrong.

i guess i should be interested enough to follow
the story to its end, but the way i figure it...
eventually this girl will become popular enough
that yahoo will hitch on it and i can just read
about it on the main page.

Thats what scares me about U.S. I remember crossing the bridge from Niagra that takes you into NY Buffalo .... and I had to show my passport
in this U.S. boarder office and I remember just looking at the wall of missing people.
And then to make it worse [img]smile.gif[/img] the cop guy with gun asked me where i came from and I thought he was refering to the hotel I was at .... he soon made it clear he wanted the country .... reminds me of the Bill Hicks trip to England sketch "call that a sandwhich, gun shot"
As a tourist I could see in his eye if it were on the street he would have blown me away.
