I clicked on one link and there are two new posts on it. It appears they sporadically post new message updates for an annual event.
I would suggest a topic post be made on each forum that you have posted stating that the forum needs more activity to remain. If the moderator responds within 2 weeks, the forum should probably stay, if they don't, then delete it.

an email is sent to the moderator prior to the
boards removal.... and in enough time for the
mod to reply on whether or not the board will
remain.
if there is no reply, the board is deleted.

you should delete all the boards....dont tell anyone...just delete them all...people would get mad if you did that...
