but as a clue...

i hate waffle house.
WTF would i choose the salad???? or any salad
for that matter??

lettuce must be served at a certain temperature
and at a certain freshness....
if i had to eat at places i didn't like, i'd
want my food cooked... possibly getting as much
of the foreign bacteria dead as possible.
