so i'm sittin at the pc this mornin when
i get a friggin knock on the door....

its a fucking conway cock and he friggin
asked me about my fucking garbage can...

he asked me why it was on the 'curb'.
i said, 'it always stays there'.

he said, 'i'm gonna hafta write you a citation'.

i said, 'YOU DUMB MUTHER FUCKER!!!'

no. i didn't say that...

i felt it... but refrained.

instead, i said, 'er........ well i've
lived here for 2 years and i've never known
that!!!!'

then he proceeded to INSTRUCT me on the
proper placement of my trash can...
in addition to a very belitting tone about
the proper TIMES the trash can is allowed
on the curb....

you should have said, thank you very much officer, without you here, trash cans would be on the curb all of the time, which would probably encourage drug use and prostitution, which would certainly bring about violence and murder. the neighborhood would go to hell, the kids would no longer be able to play outside! yes, thank you my faithful defender of justice, you have served your city well!

see, you have to stop crime at the foundations. there is no need to worry about the people that constantly speed up and down the street, or the local drug dealers, or the people constantly carrying hand guns. the real problem in society is trash cans.
