I agree with Wes, his left leg is extremely long for a midget. midgets typically have legs that are the same length and are never longer than 3 feet long. in my opinion this disqualifies that entry. I am not the moderator so I can't make the final judgement, but i think the moderator should definitely take this into consideration.
