21 months ago when I visited a neurosurgeon for my back problems, he told me there was nothing that could be done without major surgery.

anyways, he did recommend some pills that had been shown to help maintain cartilage strength, etc....

I got some at the time and also got an inversion table. After a few weeks of hanging upside down and taking pills, my back started feeling much much better.

3 months later I was able to start racing agin. I've never been sure what helped the most, the table or the pills. I feel best assuming that it was a combination of them both.

Anyways, lately I have started to have back problems again. It seems to have started about 6 weeks ago when I fucked it up at the pig tossin contest. It's hurt pretty bad at times ever since then so I decided I had to get back hanging upside down and taking more of those pills.

I've been taking three a day and let me tell you...my back feels great! Virtually pain free.

Anyone that has any type of joint problems, neck pain or back pain should really try these for a month or so.

Since I dont have the exact spelling of the name of these pills, I will post it later.

For those of you that have read all of this and are wondering "Why did he post that and why did I just waste that much time reading it???"

    *shrugs*

    I'm bored.

I go to the Chiropractor every Monday..

    All my immediate family do..
Funny thing is that my Mum is always complaining of a sore back. We've been going for a while now.. This is our second year there.. Chiropractors are great, huh?

Bring on the pill name I say!

my mom had a bulging disc in her lower back...it then elevated to a ruptured disc in her lower back....this stemming from a car accident she was in many many years ago.....(this all happened about 15 years ago....)

about 8 or 9 years ago, she had back surgery to fix it...it worked for a couple of months and now she constantly suffers from headaches due to her back problems...she goes to PT at least once a week I think, and takes cortizone (?) shots occassionaly to relieve the pain....

i say this to tell cya....be careful with your back, once it goes...it ain't coming back.
