The programs it set up for you should start today for everyone that went by and set up an account.
It runs into November, so if anyone else is actually going to try to keep up with their stuff, I think it would be interesting to post results and whatnot at that time.
I didnt pay as much attention to the nutritional aspects of it as I did the excercise portion.
However, as I have discussed over and over with others, my nutrition sucks. My best friends are named Ronald, Wendy and that oven mitt from Arbys.

Yes, I do see what you mean, I hadn't really paid that close attention to my plan until last night and this morning when I had to actually do it. Several of the exercises I was very familiar with as I had done them many times before, such as incline press, squats, things like that...i knew that it was very easy to lower weight to increase reps....
what i failed to take into consideration were those exercises that were based upon using your own body weight....such as the vertical cruch machine exercise, or sideways leg lifts....since i haven't ever, and i mean EVER worked my stomach muscles, (i never had to), i was not able to do the target reps, but I believe that is what it is there for, simply a target, if you can't start at your target, that's fine, just start where you can, just go to failure, and then build up until you reach that target....once you reach the target, you can either add weight, or add a twist to the exercise to make it more difficult.

Anyone have any spare parallel bars laying around?
I need some.
The rest of the shit it had me doing was pretty standard.
The one good think about the site is that it will probably keep the user more motivated to continue with the program than if a user isnt following a guideline.

i also wanna comment on the fact that after doing
my routine... i felt normal... but this morning
my fucking arms, chest and back are buzzin....
and its not one of those empty bruised pains you
get from exercising (am i the only one??) its like
something different.
i had read on the message board about people
getting pains later when it was unexpected
(by amateurs).... and sure enough.... i have them

It's prolly no big deal.
You should get a few dumbells. I dunno what kind of stuff it has you doing but with a few free weights it might make it easier.
What does it have you doing?
Curling jugs of milk? Pull-ups from a doorpost? Benching the vaccuum cleaner? jk

i have some weights, dingus....
but on a few it shows some guy using canned foods
as weights....
in another, it has a guy using a farkin broomstick
straddled between two chairs (he's doing pull ups
while laying down)
and for your information.... you don't need
gay machines....
