ummmm.... its a site about fitness....

and you sign up and get a fitness profile... and
a diet plan (diet meaning... healthier eating
program).... and you can adjust your profile
according to how you currently live your life
in regards to exercise and eating.

in addition, it generates a complete workout according
to what you specify... (days of the week, body
parts, etc)... plus there are countless message
boards with active members that will talk to
you about questions/concerns you have.

i stalked this site for a long time....
i made a profile to test how the site behaves.
based on what my input was... it created a
workout/food schedule for me...

in addition, it also has an area on your profile
in which you can enter what exercises/food you
did on that day... and it will calculate everything
for you...

if anyone has ever searched online for free
health/fitness advice... just to find pay sites
and shitty infomercial bs... this site is fucking
ingenious...
