And I think anyone can make the complaint.. I just REALLY doubt that they would do anything unless they thought you were taking his mail out of his box. But hey you could always sign him up for some good stuff. You know all those blow in leaf cards ... that say BILL ME [img]graemlins/devil.gif[/img]
