ok... got in a bit of a tizzy with 4H over
this scenario... so i'm going to put it up
here for you guys to tell me what you would
suggest to happen... be honest and post your
thoughts, please...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
person A and person B share an apartment.
for some reason i feel obligated to state
that this apartment consists of 3 bedrooms,
one bathroom, one living room, a kitchen.. blah blah
ok... so we have person A and person B sharing
this place.
person A has friends over all the time...
hanging out, etc.
on one particular night, person A has the
friends over at the apartment as per usual.
person B is out with friends. person B
makes a call to person A requesting that the
apartment be 'emptied' (ie -- free from
person A's friends) for the evening because
person B wishes to bring friends over.
it is important to note that when person B
calls person A, they want the people to leave
in about 10 minutes... and its midnight.
if you need that info.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
there's the setup... now... i cannot ask
you anything other than what you suggest
happen next.
there will be a second part to this scenario
added in the future... but for right now
i'm sticking to the base foundation right
now. so please... respond away. 4H and i
aren't going to post (hopefully) until after
we get a few replies and i can post the
second part to this scenario.
post away, bebes

Well... If Person A was having a full on arranged party or something.. and was too hard to ship people off, then I would have to say sorry Person B, but next time there won't be any excuses.
If however it were just friends over, just hanging out doing nothing.. No probs.. I'd just tell them all to get the feck out..

It all depends... are either Person A or Person B hippies?

Ithink person A was in the right. There was a request and person B has their friends over all the time.
It's not called sharing an appartment for nothing and person A has a right to entertain on occasion to and it wasn't like they just came in with their friends and rudely started to rudely chase all of B's friends off.

the point was to make this thread as objective
as possible.... *glares at oranges*
and autumn... i'm not sure i follow your post
very well. it SEEMS like you are saying person
B should be respected... but i can't tell.

Things need to be pre-arranged..and when they are spur of the moment like this one is..whichever one last had company over..is the one who has to turn company away ..
person A had company over friday..person B calls sat and says..hey..ive friends coming..empty apartment..person A must say..ok..done..then its their turn again..sounds fair to me..
