i went into hastings the other month.. and saw
some HTF figures... which i felt was rather odd.
hastings itself is pretentious -- and i will never
call it a 'music store'... but they do carry some
weird figures. i guess i never expected to see
some HTF shit there.

hell, i didn't even expect HTF to make figures.

I copied it all straight to DVD-R, the commentary is pretty friggin funny. A whole roomful of Flash-tech geeks laughing at the in-jokes we'd only be aware of if we were identically geeky Flash-techs. [img]graemlins/smarty.gif[/img]

PS... Mark this date/time in case others wish to retrospectively 'revive' their boards.

PLEASE erase/delete about half the boards in HARDCORE. At least those with a last-post date in March. "Hardcore" wasn't the right place for those boards in the first place! [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img]

thing is... boards aren't deleted per category,
unless i manually search for the board and delete
it.

last time i went through and deleted boards
(i believe it was asked in the admin board from
dc), steven or concorde or someone mentioned
something about a mass deletion (of dead boards)
when HB3 occurs.

now i KNOW what you are thinking...

"but, shatzy... we have no real idea when HB3
is going to happen... so those boards are just
gonna pile up, etc"

and i'm here to tell you that i understand that.

the last time i went through and deleted SOME
boards, i can assure you that there was about
200 boards i deleted... which is a pain in the
ass... and i stopped deleting boards after
the HB3 comment was made.

however, i hate dead boards just as much as
the next guy... and i promise you that i will
do some cleaning up some time soon. i can say
that if the last post date was in march...
i'm still going to hold off in deleting those
boards for another month or so... merely because
i have to.

if HB3 doesn't happen over the summer...
i'll definitely do some cleaning up in august...
as i have a lot of personal fun shit planned for
july and i won't be around to mess with it.
