Hmm, I'm not really sure how I like it...I haven't had tooo much, and what I had wasn't too good....I think the person who gave it to us may have left it out for too long...cause Venison isn't supposed to be sour...um, anyway...um...a friend's grandmother is a good cook and she's going to fix some for me since I haven't had any good stuff...when I find out what I like, I'll let ya know!

when i lived in GA, there was almost a whole
deer in the freezer. being the house cook, it
was my job to do something with it.
that shit is hard to cook [img]frown.gif[/img]
after several pounds of deer and a few tries...
i figured the best way to do it was to beat
the hell out of it and marinate it in some
heavy sauce (like soy or worcester) for a day
or two...
then i grilled it and barbequed....
you could actually chew it! [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]
