Can the human brain exhist in a constant state of neutrality *persay, not feeling good, or bad, but always right inbetween*? If so, give specific reasons to back your answers. Actually, on any stance taken, give reasons to support your hypothesis.

well, if you start talking about the brain, then you'd have to look what good means in terms of the brain, and what bad means in terms of the brain
and how you'd define neutrality when it turns out that good and bad are just some neurons that are stimulated or not.
Oh, and don't forget the serotin levels.
physically it's almost impossible to determine 'neutral' in the brain.
Something that would be fun to watch is what a brain does in total sensory deprivation.

If the Pleasure remains, does it remain a pleasure? (lifted from Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves)
It would seem the way to neutrality is through Pleasure or Pain never changing....although perpetual pain....yech, don't want to think about it.
If perpetual pain turns into neutrality, and perpetual pleasure turns into neutrality,
It pains me to think of pleasure and pain as being equal.

And opinions are what makes the world go round! So I definately would like to hear more of what you have to say on the brain. But it seems as if you've covred it well enough If there's more though, feel free to spew it forth!
