    What is love?

not the love between family, the "bond" but love between two people. And why is it so easy to fake? is it just a word to settle someone, or set someone at ease? Or is it full of meaning? Which is the way it should be, and which way does that word come across to you?

but alas, it is nothing personal. It came about after a discussion with my sister about her love, and i figured would be eventful to have up for discussion. smile

hmm interesting stream you had going there in that archived place. It didn't pose some questions... but it was more of a what is love type of thing. And i must admit i did agree with alot of it. I'm all for love. It's beautiful, in any form.

But i was curious to know what everyone thought about why it is that people are forced to fake love. Say " i love you" for the sake of saying i love you. I mean i know there are a thousand reasons; sex, to avoid confrontation, avoition in general of hurt feelings or rejection, or perhaps because the word in itself has no meaning what so ever to the person saying it.

It takes on many forms, yet it has a universal meaning. That is the part i can't get a hold of. it's mailable, and although it can be molded into a similar shape, it can never take the exact same shape. And with that said, if it never takes the same shape, and someone's perception of love is but falicies and constant questioning, is that what they know to be love? Would that shape just keep denting in and in until it reaches this huge void where love is no longer love, but rather contempt, and hate. will it be reversed. I'm sure it has, for someone. And to pull out of that pit of reversal, is it "true love" that is the plunger/driving force"?

what a vicious circle, eh? too many questions, all to be analysed on your own, because it is you're own personal perception that in the end that you listen to.

    i guess...

    maybe? smile

    *shrugs*

there are many puppeteers controling the strings of a person's perception.
no one person believes they feel a certain way about some thing without it being the cause of/from some thing else.

what brand of batteries do you run on?
