it doesn't matter how happy you are, subconsciously you don't ever WANT to be truly happy because there'd be nothing left to aspire to. this is the same reason humans invented gods and higher beings...because the thought that we're all alone frightens.

hmmm....
i still believe that due to culture
(*cough*society*cough*)
where we were once animal...
we have evolved into a delightful creature
indulging in masochistic fervor...
but just because we like it.
by creating and maintaining such idea(l)s
as in happiness, it helps keep our victims
under control without much fight.
kinda like a paralysis bite the spider gives...

Blah, that is what I think.
I hate the whole Mr./Mrs. Right crap. I should go to sleep before I get banned from this place though. I have been in a bad mood for the past while and I think my view on happiness sucks right now.
I should probably stop, I am babbling now.

one must wonder:
are you temporarily detatched from happiness,
or are you merely awakened to reality?
i got my bets placed already.
*and nice to see ya again BD!*

tg--
you see, both ultimately end in the
same conclusion: non-happiness or
the lack of happiness.
my point with the two options was
to determine which of the two you
(respectively) prefer to see yourself
as in relation to lack of happiness.
if you were asking me which i'd prefer,
i'd choose the latter.
to me, it is better to be awakened to
truth (for lack of a better word)
than disillusioned into further chaos.
