How messed up is this?
According to a National Geographic Article:
Live and dead dogs and cats are being used as shark bait by amateur fishers on the French-controlled island of R?union, according to animal-welfare organizations and local authorities.

A videotape and photographs show the dogs with multiple hooks sunk deep into their paws and snouts.

it is really a shame!!!
i saw that at news last week and i was shocked [img]eek.gif[/img]
poor animals these fishers should be sued for that
