    Yes, all the votes should be counted.

    If for no other reason than to keep a historical record of total votes cast.

    I can't seem to find vote totals for Ohio for 2000 so that I could compare them to 2004. I suppose they exist somewhere on the net, I just can't find out how to find them.

    I'd like to be able to compare how many voters voted in each precinct in 2000 with how many voters voted in 2004.

    It's such a simple thing, yet I can't seem to find the data.

    Better yet, the electronic machines that actually counted the votes, especially in Ohio and Florida and few other key states, and especially the ones that don't print out a receipt, should have been put in use the next day, and a test vote and tabulation should have been done, and still should be done.
