The news reported that Arnold apologized to California politicians about his methods for bringing change to California.

Did Arnold have to apologize?

The best thing Arnold has done so far was to challenge the politicians of California to change their ways, or at the very least, show some passion. When the politicians refused to do either, Arnold called them "girlie men" and went forward with a special ballot.

The opposing side spent more money fighting the special ballot than the special ballot itself cost, yet their commercials derided Arnold for how much money he spent organizing the special ballot.

I'm glad that Arnold fought the good fight, and just because he lost, he has to apologize? Ridiculous!

There's no apologizing for passionately believing in an idea and bringing it to the public so they can decide.

Arnold's apology just proves that it's business as usual in California Government.

The people who Arnold apologized to should have thanked Arnold for making them fight for what they presumeably believed in as that is the real lesson to be learned from what Arnold did.

Thank you Arnold, no apology necessary. And if no one in California Politics acknoledges this, then they are the sorry ones.
