comes with the territory.
sorry to be so unmoved by it all, but i'm surprised at how much media coverage is given to this.
your nation's preparing to potentially kill massive numbers of iraqi citizens (not to mention willing to sacrifice a few of their own military lads). who'll give a **** then?

First off, many do care, and many are protesting.
Second of all, Hussein was recently re-elected by a vote of 11 million to zero. Any political leader who claims a unanamous vote victory when it involves the vote of 11 million of it's people needs to be dealt with.
Too bad Bush stole the election in our country. Gosh, two distinctly similar traits between two countries perhaps going about to go to war....yech.

Saddam may kill whichever scientist "talks" to the inspectors.
It's too bad the U.S. is such a corpocracy, otherwise I'd say it's better to do this now then have the world suffer bigger consequences later.

confucious says:
no matter the course of action taken today...
the world will come to the same end tomorrow

That is extremely profound. But does the prognosticator's pronouncement help create the future they predict?

i do not see how it is profound. in fact, i find
it extremely inhibiting and limited. it suggests
determinism... in a free willed environment.
therefore, the statement does nothing for the
world in as far as 'creation' thereof. its a
redundant statement... which is why it was so
adequately used accompanying your comment about
the US and their 'justice'.

Why did you YOU use the confucious quote if you did't agree with it?
and my reponse also questions the quote.
I had yet to use the word justice in this topic post, so why do you attribute that quote to me?
