I just watched the Sam one yesterday, and I'd have to say I liked it better--of course, I'm a huge Sam fan, so I guess I'm biased.

There were a couple things I didn't like though. I was disappointed that the casting people didn't pick a girl with *brown* eyes to play Sam (how hard would that have been?), and I thought the children's acting could have used help at points--especially Nellie's.

The look of both movies was beautiful.

I liked both movies, but I liked Felicity better. Probably because I LOVE Colonial Williamsburg, and I LOVE the costuming. Those dresses are AMAZING! Too bad we don't wear elegant gowns like that anymore. Of course I wouldn't want to everyday...

Maybe someday I'll be lucky enough to have the opportunity to be one of the interpreters in Williamsburg! I think that would be my dream job!

I can't decide, myself. They were both so good. I do love the dresses of both time periods, but you're right...no way I'd want to wear that every day.

LOL, Shortie! I have the feeling I'll be feeling that way myself in a couple of days! This time of year is horrible for overeating, that's why January is the month for healthclub memberships!

I like Felicity's better. I loved the Sam movie too but I felt that because of the acting, the Felicity movie could be enjoyed more by older fans whereas the Sam movie was more for kids because of the acting being more childlike. The girl who played Nellie was cute as a button, but I agree she could have had more help with how to say her lines.

I hate to say it, but the acting in Samantha's movie made me cringe. Whats worst, is that it wasnt just the kids who were not so hot. I expected much better from someone like Mia Farrow. Tsk, tsk, tsk.
