It's Still Hot During The Day But At Night

There's a little bit of a chill in the air. Looks like we'll be hanging around the 50's and 60's in the evening for the most part now. Nice break from running the AC all night for many, and just a nice break from the heat for everyone. Time once again to look at those long sleeved shirts, the light jacket and yes, that most useful of clothing items...
The Hoodie! [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img] Yes, I know I know, all clothes are useful and many serve more than one purpose, but wearing a hoodie is almost like multitasking. You've got the sweatshirt part of it. Made for comfort, and too keep you warm. You've got your hood (it wouldnt be a hoodie without a hood Sheesh!) to keep your head warm and to keep the rain off of you. (is this starting to sound like an Adam Sandler song [ame="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8513874977642363249&q=red+hooded+s weatshirt&total=33&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search &plindex=0"]RED HOODED SWEATSHIRT[/ame]

Anywho, then there is the pouch. Ah yes, the pouch. A place to keep your hands warm, or your lunch warm. A place to hold a pen, your phone, your keys, your wallet, a bagel, your toys, your pet, a gorilla (well, maybe not a gorilla, unless it was a really really small gorilla) A beer, a sammi or even a just a snack. (Probably not good for anything frozen, but hey, it's your pouch,. If that works for ya, have at it and knock yourself out.) Yes, the pouch has so many uses and yet it gets almost no press as the hood is even part of the name. it's a hooded sweatshirt or a hoodie, but why not a pouch shirt, or a pouchie? The pouch deserves some respect. The pouch deserves to be treated fairly. EQUAL RIGHTS FOR POUCHES!
All we are saying, is give pouch a chance.
Oops, kinda got off track there, sorry about that.
Oh well.
Yes sports fans, it is time once again to think about staying a little bit warm when it gets [img]cool.gif[/img] outside. It's time to break out your favorite sweatshirts and put them to good use. Sunny warm days are still in season, but the nights are cooling down and you may just need a little more coverage to keep warm. So here's to the hoodies and all there usefulness and style. Here's to multitasking by just getting dressed/ Here's to the [img]cool.gif[/img] nights ahead and the warmth and comfort we get from our old friend the hoodie!

Maybe I got a little ahead of myself on this one, but with days in the 70's (and it's supposed to be in the 60's on saturday) and nights down in the 40's and 50's this week it really is time to break out the sweatshirts and jackets.
