Which is probably much better than being voted least livable or most die-able (is that a word )

Anywho, here's the story. There's a link on the right of the page that will take you to the main site with all the winners.

    MOST LIVABLE CITIES

So, I must ask a question of you all.

What in your opinion makes this city "most livable"?
What things or events or anything makes this city more livable to you?

    Just wondering.

Just noticed the award was given to Cincy in March 2004.

Isn't this the award where cities had to pay to be considered?

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to realize how old the article is. LOL!

But, it does show some growth since the incidents that really hurt the image of the city.

I'd have to say that Cincinnati is fairly diverse. Though it kind of lacks the specific ethnic areas,( such as a chinatown or something like that) it does offer a fairly good mix even if some areas are less mixed than others.

A good amount of diversity in the festivals and celebrations, a pretty good amount of "places of culture" (art museum, museum center, contemporay arts center, Aronoff, Music Hall, Taft Museum...) Pro and ameatuer sports, a great park system, a good mix of restaurants and shopping and plenty of family entertainment venues (K.I. Old Coney, The Zoo, The Aquarium...)

It's been called a "good place to raise a family or a good place to live" by others beside this study many many times.
