Rise and shine, time to get up.
Yeah, I know I know, it's early and you wanna get a few more minutes of shut eye. It's ok, we all act that way. You know, when it gets a little colder out, it gets a little tougher. You know when you first crawl out from under the blankets and comforters that keep us warm at night to feel that morning cold. . You know those days when you wanna get your slippers or socks on before you even touch that cold/cool floor. The mornings when your feet kinda look up at you and say "hey, why do we always have to be the cold ones?" . The day the options change for breakfast. Actually, the options are always there, but all of a sudden something hot becomes a better choice. Sure, cold cereal rules as a way to start the day especially when it's warm/hot out, but noiw we need a warmer upper. Something to take the chill off. Something to get us started off in the right direction. (that direction would be in the direction of warmth) You start thinking less about just grabbing a breakfast bar, donuts or a muffin more about waffles, or pancakes or hot cereal... Sure, we still need that cold cereal option around (after all, the box ofter provides reading material LOL!, maybe not ) But we got have the right kind of fuel to get us going and that may require something warm. Now, you could make yourself a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings for breakfast or put your bowl of cold cereal in the microwave, but the first is a lot of work and the second well uh, not such a good idea. Hey, it's your breakfast and if that's your thang I say have at it and knock yourself out. You could even just sleep on your pop tarts so they are warm in the morning before you even get out of bed. Probably not the best idea and it could lead to some messy situations.
The donuts and so on can be put into the warm category by adding hot chocolate or coffee to the mix and that muffin can be warmed up but nothing beats a warm breakfast that was meant to be warm on a cold day. So find those slippers or your slipper socks, grab yourself something warm to chow down on and get ready to face the world. Then you can figure out a way to step out of the bathroom with wet hair and not feel the chill again. Maybe you could just get some of those blowers (insert joke here) from the car wash installed in the doorway to your shower.

Maybe not!

Bon apatite!
