    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Apparently yes.

I don't usually play the lottery, so I forget which one is here and which is there.

I might drop $1 on the mega then, isn't it like a direct contribution to Ohio education? Good cause and the bad luck can't continue.

By the way, I think I didn't even post about the son's-face-meets-asphalt in horrible bicycle tragedy. Children are soooo resiliant. I get a phone call from a stranger saying, "you'd better come and pick up your son, he is hurt pretty bad". His face was shredded and teeth were chipped but he was insisting he was fine. Within 15 hours his teeth looked normal (modern dentistry is wonderful), an hour later we had prescription ointment that was truly AMAZING as 4 1/2 days after the face shredding you COULD NOT TELL. No scabs, scars, red marks or bruises. I am also grateful that everytime that day that a medical person asked him if he had been wearing a helmet, he was able to truthfully say "yes".

    Question

Since I have a history of winning drawings at work; and in other parts of my life, I am considered "due" for good luck, I have been tasked with being the purchaser for our Displaced Employee Association of Discovery Trust (DEAD Trust) lotto pool.

I have never personally bought a lottery ticket before. How do you buy Mega Millions tickets? Do I just go to the counter, shove money at the person and say $X worth of Mega Million tickets, please?

    Yep, that's pretty much it.
Unless you want to pick your own numbers, then you have toi fill out a "bubble card" that looks a little like a scantron test sheet LOL!

If you just want the machine to randomly select for you, just go up to the counter and ask for whatever dollar amount you have of mega millions tickets.

1 winning ticket last night for PowerBall and that was in Missouri.

Florida Lotto is up to $64 million Saturday night. Needless to say I'll play my usual numbers. Cash option after taxes (single winning ticket) is $24 million. I think I could live on that...
