Hello, I have never made my own ghillie yet but I would like to try. I have been reading the instructions on your website on what materials I need and how to complete it. I see you have burlap as 1 of the neccessary materials needed. My question to you guys is this. Which is better to use, jute or burlap? Jute sounds like it would be easier to use since it's already dyed and in strands.

When people say jute do they just mean that natural string? **** ya that stuff looks easier than dissecting burlap (which says it is made from jute anyway!).

Re: jute vs burlap
Burlap is jute strips of jute. Jute is in thread form. I guess the answer really depends on how you want your suit to look. I know that you can buy pre dyed jute, but burlap you'd have to color yourself.
