translation: Battle Creek Lakeview JV just played St. Joseph and beat them 27-0. Tyler had a very good game, he had 4 sacks and 10 tackles. David Clore played for St. Joseph, he was their only good player, even though he got hurt.
Your welcome!

JASON COPELIN has checked in. He's playing 3 different positions this season for Lakewood's Varsity Football team. Jason alternates between Quarterback & Tailback on offense, and plays Defensive Back on defense. He has 3 Touchdowns, 2 interceptions, and around 20 tackles thru 2 games.

Shawn has a FULL-RIDE offer from a Michigan NAIA school, but is looking to boost his stock with a decent performance this weekend.
Good Luck, Shawn!!!

MATT SMITH of Lawton, had a spectacular game on Friday, October 10. MATT caught passes for well over 200 yards, and 3 long-range Touchdowns. The shortest yardage for the 3 touchdowns was 44 yards!!!
**MATT wants everyone to know that he also wears the #3 on the Football field too**
Good job, "Rook".....

I was invited on October 10 to attend a Football Homecoming at LAKEWOOD H.S.. I was a special guest of our very own JASON COPELIN. As I sat in the stands with my Lakewood Vikings #2 "hooded sweatshirt" on, I witnessed a great 1st half performance by "Lake Odessa"($imo's name for Jason). Jason had 11 carries for over 100 yards, and 2 touchdowns from the Quarterback position. The Vikings took a 23-6 halftime lead over Williamston.
Early in the 3rd quarter, Jason was knocked out with a concussion. The Vikings eventually lost the game.
Jason stayed around until the end of the game before going to the Hospital, but went with a smile on his face, as his girlfriend was crowned the Homecoming Queen...

DAVID CLORE had an 85 yard Kick-off return about 3 weeks ago. I can't remember who it was against. I'll be sarcastic and guess that it was Benton Harbor. DAVID "DC", always torches the Tigers....
"DC", have you had anymore???

Three Rivers' Soccer team isn't thought of in the likes of Portage Central & Northern, or Mattawan. But, I must say that everytime I look at the box-scores, YANNICK MILETT has 2 Goals, and 1 Assist.
YANNICK should make All-Conference for sure, and All-State isn't too far out of the reach for him.
Keep up the great play, YANNICK!!!

Well, I can't say exactly how I'm doing, because the coach won't let out any stats, and I've lost track. The team is a stunning 1-7, but finally we're playing well. Our running backs aren't fumbling anymore, and we're starting to pass-block. I'll give some stats in a week or so, after the season. I'm glad to hear the other guys are doing well. Good luck on your last games.

P.S. It was Kal. Cen. and it was really fun
