This is actually Wilbee's mom. My thoughts on Saturday at Schoolcraft.
Saturday was an AWESOME opportunity for all who played. Big thanks to Darryl for once again thinking of "The Guy's".
Jon played his heart out and it showed. Keeping in shape during the off season really payed off. I don't think he got winded once while others were puking outside.
Shane? got to run with the big boys and kept up. The experience he will gain from it will benefit his game.
The evening definatley showed who was in shape and who was not. Needless to say on Sunday, Wilbur hit the gym for some cardio!
It was great to see the boys play together again and makes me look forward to March.
Thanks again Darryl for investing in our player's.

The new issue of THE BANK has come out. For those of you who don't know, THE BANK is the High School hoops magazine published by Michigan Preps' Steve Bell.
Camp Darryl is well represented in all classes.
In the Senior class('04), MATT DEEMER, SHAWN EARL, and DREW KRAGT are all listed as having the potential to play College ball at some level.
The class of '05, features JON YEAZEL(Dr. Funk) as a TIER 3 player. This is the highest ranking achieved by a Camp Darryl member so far. JON is ranked as 1 of the top 14 players in the '05 class. RYAN "$imo" SIMONSON, is ranked among the top 50, as a TIER 5 player. DAVID "Shaq" CULTRA, is listed among those who have the potential to play College ball at some level.
The '06 class is where we really shine. WILBUR AMPEY, and MARC LARSON are top 10 in their class, and DAVID CLORE has achieved a top 50 ranking. This means that we have 3 of the top 50 players in the class of '06. Great stuff guys.
The Freshman class('07), features SHANE STOREY among the top 41 players in his class.
Those of you who have made these lists, you must now work HARDER as players will be gunning for you. This ranking is NOT the "end all, be all", you must now work even harder to prove, or improve your ranking. Those of you who aren't ranked, this isn't the "end all, be all" for you either. Keep putting in the work. CLICHE': HARD WORK PAYS OFF.....

PRE-SEASON STATE RANKINGS ARE OUT.(Michigan Preps)
Class of '05:
JON YEAZEL #12
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Class of '06:
WILBUR AMPEY #6
MARC LARSON #7
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Class of '07
SHANE STOREY #23
The list that is on the website only lists the top-25 in each class. So, keep in mind that RYAN SIMONSON('05), and DAVID CLORE('06) are also very highly regarded.
