    Greetings,

We, the proud parents, are pleased to announce the arrival of our 400-pounder. She arrived June 5th, though her birthday isn't known and she's still without name.

Since her arrival we've been hanging out on the board, reading most of the posts, beginning with the original ones. Just wanted to make sure we learn a little before we start asking questions. We see that many of our questions have already been answered by the voices of experience on this board. Thanks for all the information that everyone has contributed.

We'd like to share photos of the newest addition to the restoration of our '20's bungalow.

We look forward to her one day cooking dinner for us and taking care of us in our later years!

That's one of the finest C90's I've ever seen. I've never a C90 with the brain burner ... very unusual.

Is it just my monitor, or is it really a yellow one?

Again, that is an incredible stove - unusual, and in lovely condition - congratulations!!

Hello Neighbor! Great looking range. Looks to be the last of the Chambers ranges built after 1957. It should also have the oven safety system and the pilot on the broiler/griddle, which are really important pluses. Look under the shelf in the service cabinet for the oven safety valve. You'll need to push the red button while you light the oven pilot. Then to oven pilot should be burning at all times. Again, Great Range. Regards, Sam

Come see me at the Uncertain Flea Market and we can talk Stoves.

Fished in! I thought for sure this thread contained some happy news about Mrs. Lowracer.

That is, to quote somebody's stove's previous owner, a hunny!

    Congrats! Erin
