There are two very nice Lisk Roasters on EBAY, one is the traditional dark blue and the other is the more diffcult to find and, I think, prettier, light blue...both are very inexpesive. The Lisk Roaster is the brand suggested by Chambers to use in their great ovens. Don't let these two get away !

Ha,
I am thinking about bidding on one. That said, I am not trying to influence anyone else. Thanks for the heads up. I was meaning to look for these.

I have a lot of these, and you have to be careful to make sure they have ALL THREE parts - top, bottom, AND inner tray, or they don't cook right.

What kind of condition do these have to be in? I notice that many of them are rusted or have chipped enamel. Is this something we can clean up or repair?

A few chips, dents, scratches are ok, but I stay away from the really rusted or badly chipped ones, as there are still quite a few out there that are nice.
HEY! I JUST HAD A THOUGHT - if you can get one with all of the parts, but is all chipped, etc., why not get it for cheap and send it to Gigi's?!!!!
I'll bet it'd be worth it!

Joe,
I just picked up a 90C last weekend from a family in rural Iowa near Iowa City. Check out my earlier post for pictures. Slid her into the back of my Honda Oddyssy no problems and set her on my garage floor for a complete restore. I will be getting to the restore as the weather gets nice. I have a few details to finish on my rehabed Kitchen before I can begin the Stove restoration. I will have to live with my electric range until then.
Where do you live in Chicago? I lived in Chicago for almost 20 years before settling down to the west suburbs three years ago.

A mighty fine "howdy" and welcome to the board! Just when it seemed the expanding Texas delagation seemed to be exerting a bit too much influence on the board, it's a relief to see another Chicago area owner. I was getting worried about midwestern sensibilities being assimilated. Whew!
So, what'cha packin' there, padner?
I mean, what model Chambers do you have?

An additional two Lisk Roasters have been listed on Ebay. One is grouped with the two already listed and the fourth is in the Buy Now section. The Buy Now roaster is the GIANT 20" size !

I believe Todd has all sizes...he would know for certain but, i believe that even the giant 20" will fit. That being said, the price for the 20" is way TOO HIGH ! I have the 18"er and it fits nicely and cooks beautifully !
