I have made cheesecakes for years. My favorite recipee by far is Juniors of NewYork. Being lazy (I mentioned this before), instead of me copying the recipee here just punch in recipee for Juniors Cheesecake in a search engine. Many sites now post it. I don't always use the spongecake base. You can easily substitute to graham ******* crust. Can't wait to make one in the oven. Good luck and happy eating!

I guess the auto-censor considers "c-r-a-c-k-e-r" a bad word now. Sheesh!! What a crazy world we're livin' in.

The recipe can be found here:

For those who don't have the time or patience to make it themselves, this fabulous cheescake (which has no graham c-r-a-c-k-e-r crust - hooray! I hate that stuff!), can be purchased directly from the bakery here:

ITS SO EASY cheese cake
9x13 NO C R A C K E R S family size
350 degrees 40 min
3-8oz pkg. cream cheese
1- cup sour cream
1 table spoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
5 eggs
1 package of name brand cresent roll dough
Spread rolls on bottom of a 9x13 sheet cake pan. seal all cracks cover bottom but not up the sides.
cut cheese in pieces put in your large mixer bowl. put everything else except the eggs in the bowl and beat on high till nice and creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating very well after each one. 1 min for each one. Pour in to pan sprinkle with cinnamon or my favorite nutmeg and bake 40 min in a pre heated oven.
NOT MORE it will jiggle it shouldnt split and barely golden. I take this to family reunions with cherry topping on one third and blueberry on other end bare in the middle.
enjoy Kathie K

c*******s
I did not know that it was politically in-correct
to use the word c*******s.
Especially since I live in Macedonia, smack
dab between Philidelphia on the North and "C*******s
Neck" on the South [named for all the Georgia C*******s tha settled Arkansas from Georgia. All communities in South
Arkansas are Named, and just like people some
wind up with nick names.
