Slept all day Tuesday after I came home from work and just didnt bother going to swim training. Sleep was just too damn good.

Slept again yesterday afternoon for 5 hours in 90F heat (inside the house mind you)

Feel like sleeping again today but I really need to hit the pool since I missed Tuesday's training.

I know how hard it is to sleep in that kind of heat. My wife & I use a fan year round, cause we find it easier to sleep when its cool.

Is this your peak summer or is it just the start of your hot season?
