and friend of my family's, was shot while on duty yesterday. He leaves behind a wife and a 7 month old lil girl with downs syndrome. He was 29 yrs old.
His daughter was born the same day ralph bucky phillips was cauight.

yeah it is. as they showed pics of the trooper and his family, i cried. my mom is really good friend's with troopers mom. asll because some fucker opened fire for no reason. they were hunting him down for some reason. well the bastard is dead, they found his charred body in a burning home.
