Hey they have been making chicharrones in Mexico a lot longer than we have...
Unfortunately, sometime they leave the hair in the skin though...
Chewin' on a pigskin... (TOUCHDOWN!)

I have been home with the flu [the real one and it is miserable]. During such times I revert to the two basic food groups: bourbon and pork rinds.
Now it didn't bother me when my last box of DVD's were labeled Made in Mexico. It didn't bother me that my car was assembled in Mexico. But this is too much. My pork rinds are now called chicharrones [not pork rinds) and come from Mexico. They have crossed a sacred boundry. I call for economic revolt.
Best Wishes,,,,,,
