I saw that one when I was little. I think it was on the BBC. I thought it was extremely scary. But when I saw it later I noticed it was pretty lame actually. LOL!
The Simpsons had this funny parody in the mid-nineties. Can't find it on Youtube unfortunatley. It was called "The Bloodening" and it featured these kids talking in a near-British accent. It was so funny. Oh, found piece of the script:
Man: Get off of my moor, you mischievous wee-'uns.
Boy #1: Actually, we'd prefer to stay.
Boy #2: You're thinking about hurting us.
[the children's eyes begin to glow with a bright blue light]
Girl #1: Now you're thinking, "How did they know what I was thinking?"
Boy #2: Now you're thinking, "I hope that's shepherd's pie in my knickers."
[their eyes continue to glow; the pitchfork-wielding man runs away, screaming]
All the while it had this funny 'scary' music playing in the background. It was so hilarious.

Nope...I missed that one. I only watched the simpsons for the first season I think.
Mike and I watched that movie last year. It was good...I mean it wasnt scary compared to the stuff they put out these days, but i enjoyed it. Lately I have been into older movies...I watched That Hamilton Woman with Vivien Leigh, Jezebel with Betty Davis, and some others. I am contemplating renting A Streetcar Named Desire, though I have read the play twice and seen the original once with Marlon Brando. It is so good.
