Got back from San Antonio. We took an unexpected weekend vacation with Melissa's brother and his family. I've found out, that with good weather and highways with no construction, it takes four hours to drive from our front door to the Alamo. San Antonio is a really nice town...I reckon it to a kind of Hispanic New Orleans. I am kicking myself for not buying a leather cowboy hat down there. It fit me perfectly but I talked myself out of it....I thought it was too expensive, but now thinking on it, $52.00 was a real bargain...I am thinking about driving back down just to buy it.
