What is the work principle of recruitment IT agencies? We need to find some specialists in Poland, but I want to make sure we get the best ones.

In fact, you can understand a lot from the candidate's resume. It is equally important to pay attention to his cover letter. The cover letter for your resume should be a response to the requirements of the vacancy. If you don’t know how to write a cover letter, re-read the job advertisements and company information again. Many of them are not very interested in finding the best (plus what does the best mean?), since they close the deal after hiring you, the sooner it is the better. Just pay attention to the resume and interview. Now experienced candidates also use a cover letter or prospecting letter
