This company manages telephone calls for inmates. Last night, I received a call and while talking with my party, was transferred to icsolutions. I get that the staff probably has a difficult time due to the nature of the business. However, it required three calls to get an account established. Further, all staff I talked to did a very poor job of explaining what was going on. I am still not sure how this system works. Management needs to train their staff to volunteer the who, what, when, why, where, and how, and ensure that all clients have all information necessary to conduct business.
