1.97 per gal...that was right at the Tennessee line...and actually Tennessee had cheap gas too...we are still at 2.05 here in Burnsville...but this is awesome...now if the food prices could just come down a little

Local gas prices are $1.89 but in the city I saw it for $1.81.
Feels good to put in $10 and see the gas gauge move again

Sigh. Always when I want to join in on this topic I have to do all kinds of math.

    Grabbing my calculator.

Let's see now. The gas station around the corner charges 120.9 cents per liter. 1 imperial gallon is 4.54609188 liters. So I multiply 120.9 cents (per liter) by 4.54609188 liters to get the price per gallon. That comes to 549.6 cents per gallon.

That's in euros. The exchange rate for the euro is 1.2881 US dollars per euro. So I guess I multiply 549.6 by 1.2881 which comes to a total of 707.9 cents per gallon.

Sheesh. Over 7 bucks for a gallon. I'm so glad I live in the city and ride a bicycle right now. No wonder drivers ed is so expensive here.

My gas bill for Nov was only 150.00 opposed to the 300.00 & 400.00 a month I was paying out. I will still be conservative though
