So, here I am...next week is one year that I'm divorced. I have a pretty OK job...may be getting a promotion soon which is a double-edged sword because my dear friend is leaving his job but it pays alot more than mine does so I can't be too sentimental. I have been seeing a nice man for a few months now. Still trying to get that **** degree...it'll happen. On Atkins and losing some weight. Just been living day to day here. How are all of you? How the h-e-double hockey sticks are you, Dog?
Good God!! It even edited dam plus n!! IS this a Christian Coalition board?

Glad to hear that you are doing okay Gardeaux. One year already?
One day at a time is how I live my life.
I have to lose some more weight too. I managed to lose about six pounds since I finished chemo, but its not easy. I still have fifteen to go....yes, fifteen. Chemo and steroids put some weight on me, and if another person tells me it doesn't show...I'll scream! I've cut down on the carbs. Its not easy, since I love bread, but I need to lose this weight. We'll see what happens..

Hubby is doing the carb thing too but not as strictly as Gardeaux is. I worried that he'd freak out without his bread and pasta but he's really doing well. He's lost about 12 pounds and one pants size.
