Here's some things which I hope will answer your questions:

1) If you still can't view the Scanlations page, try typing in a different URL than the one you're using. For instance, if you're trying to access it through "http://www.sakura-crisis.net/translations/index.html" try typing in "http://sakura-crisis.net/translations" instead. It should work. ^^

2) I will be redoing Boys Next Door soon when I have the time, since my scanlating has improved ten-fold since I last did it. And it seems to be a favorite amongst people here. ^^ (That and Count Cain and AS...whaaat? No one liked Neji? ^^**)
