I was shocked to find out the one of my wrestling heros passed away over the weekend.
I was a regular at the Sam Houston Collisium when The UWF had their matches (I think it was Friday Nights.) I met Eddie several times, when him and his father wrestled down there
Eddie was a soft spoken man who enjoyed talking with the fans.
He was an important character in the recent WWE story lines and his presence will truly be missed.

Heart failure at 38....it is just unreal. What is so sad is that you have someone who works so hard to turn their life around and is succeeding at it and then the damage was done and they didn't even know. [img]graemlins/broken_heart.gif[/img]

It broke my heart when I heard of his untimly death, but I was overjoyed when Shawn Michaels said that he was a Christian.
He will be missed, and he will be remembered...R.I.P.
