Rog since you like spicy foods I have a wonderful recipe for Thai pizza. My step daughter suggested we try it after she saw it on line and WOW!!!

Start with a pre made pizza crust and peanut sauce unless you wish to make those from scratch (I will email that if you want). Use about half the bottle of sauce on the crust ( I eyeball it) then melt 2 tbls butter with 2 tbls minced garlic add 2 cups chopped chicken breast (or more), and 1/2 cup diced onion then and 1/4 cup white wine saute til chicken is done drain then place the chicken on the crust, top with chopped peanuts, shredded carrots, diced tomatoes and/or onion (whatever suits your fancy here)top with mozzarella and freshly chopped cilantro, heat according to packaged pizza crust instructions. Next time I plan to try some artichoke on it...some people use bean sprouts. It is a sweet spicy yummy pizza!!!

Where is the cheese? Sounds interesting though.

Don't forget....Sunday night is 59 cent taco night at Taco Bell....

Actually the deal is good all day.

I decided to play it smart tonight and not spend tomorrow in the men's room.

I will go with a turkey melt

I had an 8 inch pie last night that looked kinda light this:

    BigCheese05

Meatball and salami were my toppings. It rocked me and was filling, no room for ice cream. What about tonight? Maybe bacon and eggs? I need to figure something out...
