Havin some panic issues and it SUCKS! Had opanic attacks in my mid 20's and that was A while ago.
Now as I approach 40 its seems to be returning and it SUCKS!
However today was awesome so

That sucks big time, my oldest has panic attacks out of nowhere. It gets pretty scary sometimes!!!

As in my ear drums cause the 2 yearold is having a craptacular morning!!!!!!!!!
Oddly enough...years ago when I 1st heard about panic attacks I thought phooey...what will they come up with next!
THEN I HAD ONE so I can empathize with your eldest...they do seem to sneak up on you outta the blue. My first one happened while I was coloring a picture late one night???? Thought I was having a heart attack!
