It was good fun... course in my TS pack I opened a foil Sol'Kanar, an Akroma, a Bogardan Hellkite, and a Lotus Bloom... ended up 5th in my heat, facing little chad (aka Lips) in the Last round. All in all me Ben and Lips all got 3 packs. Aaron dropped first round due to a crap selestion and did a draft that I think he did equally terribly in... ah well. The prelease card looks really nice though!

My favorite cards I got out of FS were a Venser and a Burnwillows. I'm looking forward to cracking open some new pack, or playing limited with them, such a good set for limited play.

for my first time, it was really fun and I actually did alright, but not against Jason (Sir Akroma [img]frown.gif[/img] )

Yeah yeah, of course you really can't complain, I only used my Akroma with riddle of lightning to kill one of your critters, I didn't even play her against you.

Yeah, I didn't have shit. My best colors were green and white with no beef. I barely squeaked out a game. I knew I wouldn't get anywhere. I dropped to go draft.

I pulled a Shimian Specter and a Glittering Wish, so that was good. That was at least my cost of entry. I pulled some green critters because goods were going around. I noticed no one was pulling blue. I grabbed 5 Logic Knots and a Delay. I filled out with some more blue critters including a couple Aven Augers. I had 2 or 3 Venser's Diffusion. I also had a couple of those 4/4 Saproling making guys. It was a decent deck. Unfortunately my opponent had a weenie rush. I couldn't keep up. I managed a game, but just barely. We nearly timed out.
